Click on the "Login / Register" button at the top right corner of the page. During registration, you can select your role as a User, Owner, Builder, or Referral Partner. Fill in your details, verify your email, and you're ready to go.
We currently cover major cities across India including Ranchi, Patna, Jamshedpur, Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata, Noida, Gurgaon, and more. We are expanding to new cities regularly.

Selling Property
Click on the "Post Property FREE" button at the top of the page. Fill in the property details including location, size, price, photos, and description. Our team will verify and publish your listing within 24 hours.
Listing your property is completely free. We also offer premium packages for featured listings, higher visibility, and promotional campaigns to help you sell faster. Contact us for details on premium services.

Renting Property

A Referral Partner is someone who finds property owners and refers them to list their properties on our platform. Instead of the property owner directly listing, the referral partner acts as a mediator and earns a commission for every successful property listing.
You can register as a Referral Partner from the Registration page. During registration, select "Referral Partner" as your role. Once registered, you'll be able to refer properties and earn commissions.
You can refer a property by using the Post Property page. Fill in all the property details on behalf of the property owner. Our team will verify the property details and documents, and once approved, the property will be listed on our platform.
You earn a commission on every property that gets successfully verified and listed through your referral. The commission percentage varies based on the property type and value. You'll be paid after the property is verified and published on our platform.
You can refer all types of properties including:
- Residential: Apartments, Houses, Villas, Plots
- Commercial: Offices, Shops, Warehouses, Showrooms
- Rental Properties: For rent or lease
- Investment Properties: Plots, Farmhouses, Lands
No, there is no limit on the number of properties you can refer. The more properties you refer, the more you earn. There's no cap on your earning potential.
Our dedicated verification team verifies every property referred by checking:
- Document Verification: Title deed, sale deed, encumbrance certificate
- Site Inspection: Physical inspection of the property
- Ownership Check: Verify legal ownership
- Photo Verification: Check uploaded property photos
Once the referred property is successfully verified and published on our platform, your commission is calculated. You'll receive payment through bank transfer or your preferred payment method within 15 working days of the property going live on our website.
